Swisscanto is adapting the fund agreement of Swisscanto (CH) Alternative Fund – Diversified and Swisscanto (CH) Alternative Fund – Directional. The following changes are entering into force:

• The financial year will now last from 1 November to 31 October in each case (instead of from 1 January to 31 December as up to now). Consequently, the current financial year 2011 will be shortened by two months.
• Now earnings from the share classes will no longer be distributed, but reinvested.
   

Furthermore we have pleasure in announcing that we

• have been able to win Mr Gregory Hung as new Senior Portfolio Manager. Mr Hung has many years of branch experience in the Alternative Investments sector and last worked for a large Swiss bank.
• have won a new institutional hedge fund advisor for Due Diligence.
